The committee of the Adams Society is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting in Lent Term. The current committee is as follows:

President
Shibo Shen (ss3202@cam.ac.uk)

The President’s role is to arrange speakers for the talks and to maintain the efficient running of the society.

Vice-Presidents
Matthew Coleman (mjc314@cam.ac.uk) and Mavis Zhou (jz688@cam.ac.uk)

The duties of the Vice-Presidents are to arrange and coordinate social events for the society, such as the Annual Dinner, Desserts Party and Garden Party, and to work with other colleges and university societies to arrange joint events, such as the annual football match with Catz Hyperbolics and the annual cricket match with Trinity Maths Society.

Secretary
Julian Lo (cll68@cam.ac.uk)

The Secretary is in charge of general admin, such as calling meetings, keeping minutes, keeping registers and make sure the right people are updated with information about the society.

Treasurer
Shriram Mahesh (sm2803@cam.ac.uk)

The Treasurer oversees the financial running of the society, including managing the Society’s account and keeping records of the Society’s financial affairs.

Sponsorship
Shriram Mahesh (sm2803@cam.ac.uk)

The role of the Sponsorship Officer is to oversee communication between the society and sponsors, keep sponsors informed about our activities, as well as approach potential sponsors.

Publicity Officer
Aurelia Walker (amvw2@cam.ac.uk)

The Publicity Officer is responsible for promoting the society and its events, and managing social media accounts.

Webmaster
Eason Shao (ys734@cam.ac.uk)

The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining this website.

Puzzle Hunter
Zhaoyan Fang (zf287@cam.ac.uk)

The Puzzle Hunter comes up with puzzles from time to time. A small prize will be awarded to the first few members that submit the correct solution.
